Yesterday we held a meeting at the initiative of a member of our organization, Nikolai Volkovsky with Vice-Rector of the University of Belgium Leroy Pascal, a professor in the Department of Political Science of the KNU Taras Shevchenko Kirilyuk Fedor Mikhailovich, talked about signing a memorandum between universities and student exchanges, and Mr. Pascal held lectures for students and faculty members of the university.
